PUBLIC: Many properties have been appraised for cities, counties, and state government entities as a real estate appraisal expert witness.  Also, numerous other projects have been appraised for semi-public entities such as utility companies.  In addition to appraising properties for county school boards, properties have been appraised for colleges and universities.  Trask is known for providing appraisals that reflect the total impact of the taking.
